Leg Blasters in Moon Boots

With winter being just around the corner, it is time to start getting those legs in shape. Leg Blasters are a great addition to any exercise routine, whether it is a pause in your hike, or at the top of your climb on a bike ride. Especially if you are wearing Moon Boots.
Warm up for 5 minutes. (I advise not wearing the boots for the warm up, unless you are feeling daring.)
Get Started!
10 Air Squats (squat down as far as you can)
10 Lunges - keep that front knee at a 90.
10 Jump Squats
10 Jump Lunges
Top it off with 10-15 Push Ups.
Do this two times and then proceed with your normal work out.
