10 Ring Rows
10 Goblet Squats
Stretch in between each round
Work out
10 x Pull Ups
20 x Wall Ball Burpees
30 x Ring Rows
40 x Weighted Lunges
50 x Push ups
40 x Russian Twists 12#
45 x Kettle Bell swings 20#
90 sec plank
30 sit ups on Buso ball
200 Jump Rope
Roll out on foam roller.
